Contact Ever-power
Greenhouse Gearbox Experts

From technical consultation to OEM project planning — our engineering team is ready to help you specify, source, and scale precision greenhouse drive solutions for any climate zone or greenhouse type.

Talk Directly to Greenhouse Drive Engineers

Every greenhouse automation project carries its own load curve, climate profile, and structural constraints. Generic catalogue answers rarely solve real-world specification problems — and the cost of a wrong gearbox choice surfaces months after installation, deep into a production season.

When you reach out to Ever-power, your inquiry goes directly to our mechanical engineering team, not a generic sales queue. We typically respond within one business day with a technical specification, dimensional drawing reference, and price indication based on your actual application data — vent area, wind load, operating voltage, climate zone, and target lead time.

  • Direct line to mechanical engineering, not sales call-center scripts
  • Free torque, IP rating, and gear ratio specification review
  • Compatibility check against Ridder, Sercom, and Arion installed base
  • OEM/ODM custom inquiries answered with a CAD-ready response
  • Confidential project handling with optional NDA from the start

Common Pre-Inquiry Questions

Quick answers to the questions buyers and project managers ask before sending a formal inquiry. Browse our full greenhouse gearbox product line for in-depth technical details.

For a useful first response, please share: the gearbox category (ventilation, curtain drive, rolling film, rack and pinion), the application (vent area in m2 or curtain span), the required operating voltage, the target IP rating, the expected operating temperature range, and the quantity. Approximate values are perfectly acceptable for initial inquiries — we will refine specifications through a follow-up exchange.

For OEM projects, a sketch or CAD drawing of the mounting interface saves us several iterations and accelerates feasibility confirmation. Photographs of an existing installation are equally helpful for compatibility checks.

Standard inquiries submitted during Chinese business hours (UTC+8, 08:30 – 18:00 Mon–Fri) receive a first technical response within four business hours. Inquiries submitted overnight from Europe or the Americas typically receive a reply within 12–18 hours of submission. The maximum response window for any inquiry — including weekend submissions — is 24 hours.

Urgent project deadlines? Mention this clearly in the message subject line and we will prioritise dispatch.

Yes. For most standard catalogue gearbox models we can dispatch evaluation samples within 5 business days. Sample units carry the standard catalogue price; freight is at the customer's expense unless waived as part of a confirmed bulk order intent. For OEM custom samples, the timeline is 15 working days from drawing approval, with sample tooling cost typically credited against the first production order.

Absolutely. We can sign either our standard mutual NDA template (available in English and Chinese) or your own NDA, prior to any technical discussion. Reference our standard OEM workflow on the company profile page for additional details on confidentiality practices.

For first-time customers, we typically work with 30% T/T deposit on order confirmation and 70% balance against B/L copy. Repeat customers and verified OEM partners are eligible for L/C at sight or extended terms. We invoice in USD, EUR, or RMB; bank transfer, irrevocable L/C, and PayPal (for sample orders only) are all accepted.

For shipments above USD 50,000, we can offer custom payment schedules tied to production milestones.

Yes. For project orders exceeding 100 units or strategic OEM partnerships, we offer two training formats: remote video training (1.5-hour live session via Zoom with our chief engineer) at no charge, and on-site training at the customer's facility (engineer dispatch, customer covers travel and accommodation). Training covers installation best practices, common failure modes, preventive maintenance schedules, and basic troubleshooting.
